The current website

Friction is in development. This site explains the planned product. It does not connect to wallets, exchanges, or trading accounts, and it does not import transaction records.

The signup form

Email and X-handle entries are checked in your browser only. The form does not send your entries to Friction, create a waitlist registration, or save them in cookies or browser storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill functionality.

Please do not enter private keys, seed phrases, account credentials, or other sensitive information.

Website technology

The current application includes no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and website artwork are served with the site. Depending on where the site is hosted, the hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the pages.

Before registration opens

This notice will be updated before a working signup service or account connections are introduced. That update will identify the operator, contact details, information collected, purposes, providers, retention arrangements, and available privacy choices.
